Steven Haverson
Steven is a seasoned hospitality professional, with in-depth experience in all facets of food and beverage operations. He is a classically French-trained Chef but his expertise extends to Italian, Asian, international, contemporary, regional American, and fusion cuisines. His particular areas of exceptional skill include natural sauce reductions, presentation and menu/recipe development. Steven is also fluent in culinary French, Spanish and Italian.

Prior to joining Dellwood, Steven was the executive chef at Winged Foot Golf Club for nine years. He was responsible for the kitchen operation and headed up the entire food program of both the 2004 US Amateur and the 2006 US Open Golf Championships. Additionally, Steven worked at Indian Harbor Yacht Club in Greenwich, CT for thirteen years, as well as, being named executive chef and food and beverage director at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in NY.
